Sophisticated Information Management and Inventory Control Systems are designed to allow our clients a high degree of customization for their programs. System allows for tracking by inventory number, lot #, expiry date, or numerous custom selections, including multiple configurations of the above Time sensitive materials such as coupons and dated offers can be flagged to be held or suspended from inventory shipment at a certain date to ensure that expired or "soon to expire" material is not released. System of inventory control allows clients' business rules to be incorporated into inventory management process in an automated fashion, such as minimum inventory notification, dated material notification and department cost allocation. Order processing can incorporate gender conversion, upper & lower case conversions and address accuracy if required. Order tracking is managed on- site through computer-linked courier tracking systems. Reporting, both standard and custom, can be automatically transmitted via e- mail (or other electronic means, as required). Data can be delivered to clients in a variety of formats, as required - Excel, Word, Lotus, text file ASCII, etc. allowing client flexibility in manipulating data.
