This includes handling all information requests and orders via 1-800 service, interactive website, fax and mail, from a quarterly catalogue mailing, including 24 hour turnaround for electronic orders.
- Downloading and processing of infomercial orders, including U.S. and Canadian currency credit card processing, reporting and pick, pack & ship functions.
