Online Sample Management

A PREMIER EYE CARE PRODUCTS COMPANY REQUIRES INTEGRATED REP FORCE AND CUSTOMER SAMPLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A leading international eye care solution provider was looking for a better way to manage and monitor its' sampling activity - in relation to both its' field rep force and its' customer base.

SOLUTION Positive's Pharmilink Healthcare division was called on to develop a modified sample management system, combined with a web interface, that allowed samples to be allocated by reps, who were then able to manage their customers' sample requirements. This web based interface offered the ability to view historical sampling activity and, by adding a process to import sales data by customer into the same system, reps were able to relate sampling activity to sales volume on a customer-by-customer basis. With information at their finger tips, reps could now effectively manage their territory sample allocations, placing customer orders on-line and, where necessary, set-up automatic shipments at pre-set frequencies based on individual customer needs. After the implementation of this system, the client has seen substantial sales increases year-over-year.

Web-Based Inventory Management

POSITIVE'S WEB-BASED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS EMPLOYED FOR INTERNATIONAL FOOD SERVICES LEADER AND MULTI-NATIONAL CONSUMER HEALTHCARE COMPANY
An international leader in the retail food services sector with multiple divisions and product lines, spread over 500 Canadian locations, needed to develop protocols and add structure to allow for more efficient management of their Point of Sale material management.

SOLUTION Positive worked with the team at this company to determine their needs and then developed and implemented the business rules and protocols to meet these needs. Positive employed its' web-based Electronic Fulfillment System (EFS) to add the necessary structure and reporting for the effective management of the various divisions and brands of this retailer. This interactive tool used multi-level user web access to offer reps the ability to manage their individual areas of responsibility,
and allowed administrators more comprehensive access and on-line reporting to oversee the entire program and better manage the business segment. Using the expertise of Positive's Pharmilink Healthcare division, a similar web-based program was implemented for a major multi-national consumer healthcare company to assist field reps in managing their sampling and product information initiatives to Canadian physicians.
